Two and a half weeks down....

A lifetime to go.....
The thing I find the absolute hardest in dieting is making good choices so that I am not STARVING by the end of the day...and.....
so far so good!!! I have not been hungry yet.......I even had so many points left over that I got to eat a delicious candy bar and still go to bed with 3 points to spare!!!! :)
Waking up today I am down a total of 3.5 pounds for the week....I am confident I can maintain that for the weigh in monday.........i hope....haha...i am not THAT confident....
I do feel good about it this time around......even though every other time i have tried i realized it was a lifestyle change...I still believe that and am making a much stronger effort to eat healthier...
and by healthier I mean NOT filling up on 100 calorie packs of things and eating the fruits and veggies in its place, while I do still enjoy maybe 1 100 calorie pack a day I won't eat 10 points worth! haha...
Still absolutely NO motivation to work out....NONE at all...so I am not.....just keeping on the diet....and so far so good...there will be a time when i need to throw exercise in...but for today...nope...

  1. I am trying to loose weight too right now. It was one of my new years resolutions. I go up and down, I swear I will lose 5 lbs. in one week, then gain it all back in 2 days!

    I think it's easier to work out in spring and summer - more fun, Mark and I will go for 1-2 hour walks in the spring, summer and fall, so for now I've decided to wait until then to really work out. Maybe when you come down to visit we can go for a walk around here, I like walks in the city because sometimes I'll be like "if I walk alllll the way to starbucks I can have a mocha" ha ha, so there can be a little reward at the end.

  2. Ugh! I am losing my ambition........My weight is just either sticking around or I am just lose a half a pound here or there......Its the walking that made us sucessful Sarah......Once its hits 40 degrees we are SO there!I to have been eating TONS and TONS of fruits and veggies and I thought that this would make a huge difference but as of yet I am waiting to see it!

  4. Lacy..I would love to go for a walk around there with you!!
    I know...it is so much harder to work out in the winter....walking is the perfect exercise, but difficult with a ton of snow on the ground!
