so..this posted nothing.. anyway...i was saying that Why couldn't I have weighed in today instead of yesterday! I lost 2.5 pounds from yesterday to today!!!! THe only thing I did was NOT use any flex points!!! Anyway..this is short and sweet as I am actually going into work early....I know..its unheard of...but..i need money..haha till next time....
That's awesome dude! And you are already 2.5 pounds lighter for the next weigh in! So if you maintain the goal, you will lose probably 4-5 pounds by next week!!
if only i can maintain it...we will see!!! but i still can't resist weighing myself every day..I am trying to just keep it to mornings....so once a day....maybe someday i will break down to once every other day or something..haha
I am 27years old, overweight AGAIN and looking for support through blogging to keep on track and get healthy for good!
I am married to a great guy who has absolutely NO problem with weight..but could probably stand to eat a little healthier too....
I am stating the LPN program at school in March and hope to get through it and get a real job...it is waaaay past time!
