I am back on it and feeling good....last week was a small set back with a teeny tiny gain...but this week I am feeling back on 100% :-)
Made spaghetti for dinner.....with whole wheat noodles that have 6 grams of fiber!!!!! Plus lt sauce with extra tomtato and extra lean ground beef in it! totally delicious!! I need to keep up with the meal planning....that seems to really do the trick..
tomorrow..my first day of swim aerobics! Can't wait to see if it is similar to the one I used to go to.....it will be a good way to switch up exercising a little....(hahaha..switch it up!? I haven't even exercised AT ALL!!! Except a walk or two...)

ReplyDeleteThose whole wheat noodles are fantastic! Planning emals is what's really helping me. Plus it helps me shop too so I make sure I get the stuff and have it on hand.
