Not feeling it....

I was feeling so good about dieting and everything...then I ate Applebees.....since then I am having a very hard time getting back on track...I cheated a little last night.....but am still down a pound from yesterday.....my goal for the rest of the week is to MAINTAIN that 1 pound loss through monday......i can do it......i just am not feeling it today...
I am going to make a new recipe today for dinner....mexi-tato and a salad....and i got out my taco soup from the freezer.....so i am hoping that will help me out this week!

  3. What's nice is you guys have that trail to walk on now! You could walk from Concord to Jackson one day! That would be a fantastic walk!

  4. We could barely walk from the bridge to parsons road and back last year! hahah And we were in shape! I dont mind the trail but I think this year we outta take both cars and park one at each end so we dont have to backtrack.........its gets kinda boring.....I like the good old lake walking!

  5. Oh come on! Do the trail...build up your endurance then come walk with me on the 21 mile mt vernon trail along the river! lol

  6. Yeah...I like all the walks!!!! That is a good idea to park one car at one end.....then we don't have to backtrack...and I do have a bike being stored at my parents house that i have yet to get on!! We can mix it up a bit!
    Next time I come see you manda we will take a walk...not that long of course! but a wakl on that trail!!!
